Mains

Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb 

Lamb rack coated in fresh herbs and garlic, served with roasted root vegetables and a red wine reduction. This dish pairs perfectly with a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Wild Mushroom Risotto 

Creamy Arborio rice with a blend of wild mushrooms, Parmesan, and truffle oil. A great companion to a rich Pinot Noir. 

Filet Mignon with Red Wine Sauce 

A tender filet mignon served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed greens, finished with a luxurious red wine reduction. Perfect with a Merlot or Shiraz.

Winemaker’s Special: Cabernet-Braised Short Ribs 

Slow-cooked beef short ribs braised in the vineyard’s signature Cabernet Sauvignon, served with creamy polenta and grilled asparagus. Best enjoyed with a glass of the same wine.


Truffle & Porcini Pasta 

Handmade tagliatelle tossed with a decadent truffle cream sauce, porcini mushrooms, and Parmesan. Served with a glass of Chardonnay or a crisp sparkling wine. 

Wood-Fired Margherita Pizza 

A light and fresh pizza topped with mozzarella, fresh basil, and vine-ripened tomatoes. Best with a light Pinot Grigio or Rosé. 

Strawberry Crêpes 

Delicate crêpes filled with fresh strawberries and a light vanilla cream, drizzled with strawberry coulis. Served with a glass of sparkling wine or a refreshing Rosé for a delightful pairing.
